Can I receive notification emails to multiple email addresses?
Previously, you were able to change your email notification settings so that multiple email addresses would receive the notifications from us at Path. Unfortunately, Shopify does not allow for us to enable that feature on the new customer portal.
But we’ve found a sneaky little trick that you can use as a workaround for this issue!
If you want multiple members from your team to be notified of order status updates, you can adjust your email settings to automatically forward the notifications to those individuals.
For example, if you want your co-worker John to receive a notification when the images are edited and ready to download, you can create a rule that states that if the email is from firstname.lastname@example.org, and the subject is Your edited images are ready!, then forward the email to email@example.com.
