How do I receive notification emails to multiple email addresses?

At this time, Path does not support sending order notifications to multiple email addresses directly through your account settings.

But don’t worry — there’s a simple workaround that can help ensure your entire team stays in the loop.


✅ Workaround: Use Email Forwarding Rules

If you’d like multiple people on your team to receive order-related updates, you can set up automatic email forwarding rules within your email provider to automatically share notifications with other team members. This way, key team members will be kept in the loop without needing direct access to the Path account.

For example:

Let’s say you want your colleague John to be notified when your edited images are ready. You can set up a rule in your email account that forwards any message from hello@pathedits.com with the subject line “Your edited images are ready!” to john@yourcompany.com.
