Update: 25 July 2024

  • We have fulfilled and delivered almost all backlog orders. A few orders are still delayed, and our team is working hard to complete them as soon as possible.
  • We now encourage our customers to choose a turnaround time of 24 hours or longer, as 6 and 12-hour turnaround times remain unavailable.
  • We aim to fully restore our delivery schedule for all orders by tomorrow (Friday the 26th).

Update: 23 July 2024 (late)

  • The internet has begun to be restored in Bangladesh, and our team of designers has already started processing orders.
  • For orders that have already been edited, we will begin uploading them soon and notify you via email. We will also start processing the pending orders according to the order creation date and the selected turnaround time.
  • Please note that it will take time to clear the backlog, so please allow for extra time.
  • We encourage you to continue placing orders that are not urgent or can allow extra time. Please select the longest turnaround time of 96 hours when placing your order. However, it is important to note that we may require more than 96 hours to complete these orders.

Unfortunately, the internet was not restored last night. However, the ministry announced today that broadband services will start to work gradually from tonight. We continue to monitor the situation and will update you as more information becomes available.

    • The IT minister of Bangladesh announced today (22 July) that there is a possibility the internet will be restored tonight.

    • We encourage you to continue placing orders that are not urgent or can allow extra time. Please select the longest turnaround time of 96 hours when placing your order. However, it is important to note that we may require more time than 96 hours to complete these orders.
