How do I delete my Path account?

We're sorry to see you go!

If you no longer wish to use Path, you have the option to permanently delete your account. Please read the information below carefully before proceeding.


⚠️ Important

Deleting your Path account is permanent.

Once deleted:

  • All your order history, invoices, and account details will be permanently erased
  • Your data cannot be recovered or restored later

If you think you may need access to your order history, invoices, or any other important information in the future, we recommend downloading it before deleting your account.


How to delete your account

Follow these steps to permanently delete your Path account:


Step 1: Log in to your Path account

Click the “Log in” icon located in the top right corner of the website, then enter your email address and password.

Step 2: Go to "My Account"

Once logged in, click your profile icon in the top right corner of your personal dashboard. Then, select “My account” from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Initiate Account Deletion

On the My Account page, locate the “Delete account” section under the “Account information” tab and click the “Delete account” button.

Step 4: Confirm the deletion

A pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm. Click “Delete” to finalize the process.

Once your account has been successfully deleted, you’ll receive an on-screen confirmation message.
