How do I locate my order number?
When reaching out for support, you’ll often be asked to provide your order number. Here's how you can easily find it:
📩 Option 1: Order confirmation email
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email titled "Your Path order has been confirmed". Look for the order number located in the top-right corner of the email.

🖥️ Option 2: Path account
You can also locate your order number by accessing your personal Path account:
- Log in to your Path Account.
- Go to the “Orders” section from the main menu.
- Select either the “Processing” or “Completed” tab, depending on the status of your order.
- The order number will be clearly displayed on the left side of each order summary.
