If you provided me an invoice in my preferred currency, why are you still charging me in USD?

Because we work with customers all over the world, we believe it’s important to make our prices as transparent as possible. Since we charge in USD, offering customers the ability to see the rates in their preferred currency at the time of purchase allows them to understand the costs associated with our fees. However, we’re not responsible for the fluctuating exchange rates or what banks and credit card companies charge their customers.
