Why does the website use USD when I’m elsewhere?

Our website will use your IP address to estimate where you might be located, and it then chooses the currency based on that. If you’re in the US or if your local currency isn’t listed in our list of available currencies, or you’ it will default to USD. It could also default to USD if you’re using a VPN. 

You can always change the currency by clicking on USD in the top right and selecting your currency of choice from the dropdown menu.
