How do I upgrade my order to a faster turnaround time?
If you need your images edited sooner than the turnaround time selected when placing the order, you may request a turnaround time change. We do our best to accommodate urgent requests whenever possible.
Here’s how you can request a turnaround time upgrade:

To check the possibility for a turnaround time change, please reach out to our Support Team available 24/7 and make sure to include:
- Your order number

- The new turnaround time you're requesting (6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, or 48 hours)
🔍 Step 2: We’ll check availability
Once we receive your request, our Support Team will check with the editors to confirm whether the expedited timeline can be met based on the number of images, service type, and complexity, as well as the current workload.
We'll let you know if the upgrade is feasible within your desired timeline.
💳 Step 3: Complete your payment
If your request is approved, you’ll receive an invoice reflecting the price difference for the upgraded turnaround time. You can complete the payment securely using:
- Credit card or PayPal
- Path credits — if you prefer to use available credits, our Support Team can manually apply them upon request
✅ Once the invoice is paid or credits are applied, the editor will begin working on your order immediately. Your images will be delivered within the new confirmed timeframe.
