What happens if I’m not happy with the edited images?
At Path, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your edited images aren’t quite what you expected, or if something was misinterpreted in your instructions, we’re here to make it right.

Whether you're requesting a revision or simply offering feedback to improve future edits, we aim to make the process smooth and efficient.
You can submit both revision requests and general feedback using the Order Revision Form, available in your Path account and order delivery email.

💸 Requesting a Refund
If you're still not satisfied after a revision and would prefer a refund, we're happy to accommodate — just keep the following requirements in mind:
- All revision and refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original order completion.
- If your edited images match the quality and style of an approved sample image, we won’t be able to issue a refund. However, we may be able to adjust the images at a reduced cost to meet any new or updated requirements.
- If you've downloaded all edited images and cannot provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction, a refund is not applicable.
