How can I check the status of my order?

Want to stay updated on your order progress? We’ve made it easy for you to check the status anytime from your Path dashboard. Just follow the steps below:


Step 1: Log in to your Path account

Click the “Log in” icon located in the top right corner of the website, then enter your email address and password.

Step 2: Navigate to the “Recent orders” section

Once logged in, scroll down your dashboard to locate the “Recent orders” section. This will show a snapshot of your most recent activity.

The "Processing orders" tab

Under the "Processing orders" tab, you’ll see all orders that haven’t been completed yet. Each order may have one of the following statuses:

  • Under Review – We’re reviewing your order details before beginning the edits.
  • In Progress – Our team is currently editing your images.

➤ You’ll also see the estimated delivery time in the bottom left corner of each order.

📌 Want to see more? Click the "View all" button in the top right corner of the tab to browse all your unfulfilled orders.

Under the "Completed orders" tab, you'll find all the orders we’ve finished and delivered.

Click "View all" in the top right corner of this tab to see the full history of completed work.
