How can I check the status of my order?
Log in to your Path account and click MY ORDERS in the main menu. Here, you’ll see a list of your recent orders, as well as some relevant details. Under the order date, you’ll see the status of your.
The status of your order will say one or a combination of more than one of the following things:
- Fulfilled: Your images have been edited and are ready for you to download.
- Unfulfilled: Your images have not yet been edited.
- Under review: We’re currently reviewing the details of your order.
- In progress: We’re currently editing your images.
