How do I choose FTP as the preferred download option for my order?

You can choose FTP as your download preference for your order after it's been placed. This ensures your edited images are delivered through the method that works best for that specific project.

🔎 Important notes

  • The download method applies only to that specific order and does not affect future orders.
  • Before choosing FTP as a download option for an order, your FTP account must be enabled.
