What are Path credits and how do they work?

Path credits are Path currency. You can purchase Path credits packages and redeem those Path credits to pay for future orders and image-editing services. You may use Path credits to pay for any of your future orders and services at Path.

How much do Path credits cost?

Path credits are available for purchase in six different packages:

$25 for 25 Path credits
$50 for 54 Path credits
$100 for 110 Path credits
$250 for 280 Path credits
$500 for 570 Path credits
$1,000 for 1,200 Path credits

How much are Path credits worth?

One (1) Path credits is equal to one (1) USD worth of image-editing services.

Do Path credits expire?

Path credits expire one year from the date of your most recent Path credits purchase. For example, if you buy 1,000 Path credits on January 1, 2018, they will expire on January 1, 2019. However, you may buy 100 Path credits on December 31, 2018, which will make the new expiration date December 31, 2019 for all of the Path credits associated with your Path account.

Are Path credits refundable?

If you want to cancel your Path credits purchase for a refund, we are happy to reimburse you in full if you haven’t used any of those Path credits yet. However, if you’ve already redeemed any Path credits to pay for image-editing services, we are unable to provide a partial refund.

How can I check how many Path credits I have?

You can check your Path credits balance if you’re logged in to the customer portal. Click on PATH CREDITS in the main menu. Your Path credits balance will display at the top. You can also purchase more Path credits from this page.

Are Path credits transferable?

No, Path credits are only available for use by the Path account which you used to purchase them.
