How do I submit a trial order?
We are pleased to offer a free trial so you can evaluate the quality of our work before proceeding with a full order.
To submit your free trial request, kindly follow the steps below:
Steps 1–2: Clarify the intended use and proceed
Visit our Free Trial page, select “Business” as the intended use, and click “Next” to continue.
🔎 Important note:
Our free trial is available exclusively for business or professional use. At this time, we do not support personal or non-commercial image editing.
Step 3: Upload images and supporting files
Under “Upload your files”, click “Choose” to upload up to two images, or drag and drop them into the designated field.
Optionally, under “Upload any supporting files,” you may include reference materials (such as marked-up images, before-and-after examples, and color references).
These files help ensure your editing requirements are clearly understood.
🔎 Important note:
- Up to 2 images can be uploaded per Free Trial request.
- Supported file types: jpg, tif, psd, png, heic, cr2, cr3, nef, dng, webp, arw
Step 4: Provide Editing Instructions
In the “Tell us how we can perfect your images” field, please specify the edits you need and the outcome you’re aiming for. If unsure, you’re welcome to ask for suggestions to help achieve your desired results.
🔎 Important note:
Vector conversion and multi-clipping path services are not included in the free trial
Step 5: (Optional) Request a quote for future orders
You may request a price quotation by indicating the expected number of images per quote, along with the anticipated editing frequency (monthly, quarterly, or yearly).
Step 6: Enter contact information
In the "Your information" section, please enter your company name, the first and last name of its representative, and a valid business email address.
Step 7: Submit your request
If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, activate the button, and you will receive 2 complimentary Path credits for future use once you activate your account.
Once all fields are completed, click “Submit Free Trial Request.”
🔎 Important note:
If the email provided is linked to an existing Path account with past orders, the system will prevent the trial submission.
✅ What’s Next?
After you submit your trial order request:
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your request is submitted.
- If our editors need more info or sample approval, they’ll contact you via email.
- Once your edits are ready, we’ll send you an email with a secure link to download your completed images.
